We want you to love your purchase! Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth process. While we always do our best to ensure quality, please note that our return policy has been updated in line with our distributors’ guidelines.

  • Defective Items
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away. Returns must be made promptly and in the original packaging so we can process your replacement or refund.

  • Crossbody Bags, Shoulder Bags & Accessories
    These items may be returned within 7 days of receipt if they meet return requirements.

  • Graphic Tees & Sweatshirts
    Because our graphic apparel is printed especially for you, these items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. We recommend checking the Bella+Canvas unisex size guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

We truly appreciate your understanding. These guidelines help us continue offering unique products, clear guidelines help keep returns to a minimum, while protecting our small business. Over the past 5 years, we’ve had only a handful of returns thanks to clear policies and wonderful customers like you.

Damages & Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can review the issue and make it right for you

 Returns & Exchanges

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if items are not returned in their original condition.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

  • The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products (including special orders)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at customercare@fraysfield.com If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:  items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
