Refund Policy

Return Policy

Update: We are now offering 14 day returns or exchanges on jewelry. Since jewelry sells out fast we found that to BEST serve you, jewelry should be refunded/exchanged as soon as possible. 

30 day returns are accepted on clothing items. Return instructions should be in the order packaging. Otherwise, please follow the instructions below.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please email us at customercare@fraysfield.com BEFORE you return the item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require your order number. Please do not send your purchase back to our company until it is termed eligible for a return. There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted.

 Refund Policy 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, allow this process to take up to 7 days for processing.

If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 days, check with your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take a few days before your refund is issued and officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 Sale Items 

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.

 Exchanges 

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@fraysfield.com and send your item to: Fraysfield Collections at 29615 N. 139th Street, Scottsdale, Arizona 85262.  

 Gifts 

If you receive a damaged item that was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 Shipping 

To return your product, mail it directly to: Fraysfield Collections at 29615 N 139th St, Scottsdale, Arizona 85262.

The buyer is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned or exchanged item to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
