What is your shipping policy?

We ship from Arizona to all of the US states. Our merchandise is in stock, we do not drop ship. All orders are processed and shipped quickly, usually within 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow 1-2 days for your tracking to start working. 

What if there’s a problem with my purchase?

Reach out to us immediately, and we will be happy to assist you with your issue. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.  If you need to return your item, please contact our customer care team at customercare@fraysfield.com for a replacement or credit within 14 days and a team member will walk you through the process.  

Returned items must be:

- Unworn and in new condition
- In their original packaging

What if my product is damaged?

Although we inspect each item before we package them with care, damages and defects may happen.

Once you receive your item, if you find there may be damage or a defect please contact us immediately at customercare@fraysfield.com with your order number and photos of the damage. 

How should I care for my jewelry?

Fashion jewelry is not meant to be worn 24/7. It is best to remove your jewelry before bed or showers and store your items in a safe place.

To minimize signs of wear; avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and perspiration as they will dull your pieces and cause them to wear quickly. Take care of your jewelry and they will last you a lifetime.

What are your products made of?

Our jewelry is crafted with plated base metals ranging from .925 sterling silver, silver plating, and gold plating, as well as, stainless steel. All our products meet jewelry standards: lead free/lead compliant, nickel free. All items sold on our website are safe to wear. All items are hypoallergenic. We aim to carry quality, trending and stylish pieces that everyone can enjoy.
